Poor design and NO customer service, so far?

We bought our Flip Mino at Costco and it came with this pouch as a bonus. I am very surprised to see that it is actually for sale! We have been using this pouch since January 2009, and realized from the very beginning that we needed to be very careful with this pouch if we wanted it to last.
The main problem with the pouch is that it has very minimal cushioning to protect the Flip. Secondly, a few months after we began using it the layers of the fabric started separating from the neoprene cushion layer right at the opening. This happens as a result of taking the Flip out and putting it back in. Eventually it gets torn and looks terrible. Although this doesn't prevent us from using the pouch, it does look shabby.
Apart from the above, the stitching of the pouch is still very intact and seemingly strong. Also, the only reason to use this pouch is the fact that it comes with a key ring, which makes it easy to attach to a belt loop or hook it onto some other similar place.
This pouch should be a promotional giveaway. Not worth actually shelling out money for!

this pouch is to soft,and hard to get flip out of case.If your flip falls u will risk the chance of it being damage.

I bought this along with my Flip camera since I was concerned about keeping it safe. It has proven useful for protecting the camera, but has also been useful for when I use the camera on motorscooter rides. The large ring fits easily over my helmet hook and the top flap folds down easily. I can hang it on my scooter when I'm not using it, and then quickly deploy it when I want to film.

I purchsed this pouche for my Ultra flip camcorder, and the pouch was too small for it to fit into.
